Lucas is incredibly efficient—he works quickly without sacrificing precision or quality. My nails turned out beautiful both times, and the appointments were smooth from start to finish. Holly gives the BEST manicures in the DMV area at the Tysons Kosmo location. She is so pleasant and can do almost anything. She always nails the designs (🙂)!
